The location was excellent, just steps from the sea. The room featured a freestanding bath, which I enjoyed . Breakfast was served in the room each morning.. a nice touch.

seafront location friendly staff comfortable bed quality linen
the seafront location was really good. all personnel acted friendly and helpful. my room included high-quality linen and a very comfortable bed. the hotel offered access to many good restaurants and pleasant walks nearby.
the windows were dirty, and the paint around the windows was in very poor condition, peeling off. the price did not reflect this wear, unfortunately.

wet room design unclean carpet
the staff are very friendly and helpful . the location is great as well.
i didn't like the wet room design. after showering, the toilet was covered in water. also, the carpet looked like it wasn't hoovered properly. there were dust in corners.

fantastic seafront stay
good storage clean bathroom
i really appreciated the king room sea view. it featured good storage for my things plus hanging space. the bathroom looked modern and spacious also. they provided really nice toiletries to use. it was all beautifully clean!
the room looked out onto a wall and needed refurbishment. i found the bed had a very soft mattress topper on it. i presume it covers up an old mattress but this made the bed uncomfortable.

Fantastic Stay with Great Sea Views!
lovely view spacious room friendly staff delicious shortbread
The room was gorgeous with a sea-view, and it was also very spacious. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and professional. The location was great because it was right on the sea front. I also found complimentary homemade shortbread biscuits. They were delicious!!!
The room did not have a mini fridge. I wish there was one in the room.

The bar offered a great choice of drinks. Parking was available at the hotel for £25 per night, a really convenient option. Breakfast was served at the table after ordering and was really good.

convenient location clean room nice staff
The location was very convenient, right in front of soho house, and directly on the water. the room itself was impeccably clean, and i found the bed comfortable. the staff stood out. They were nice and always ready to assist with a smile.
the sound-proofing wasn't great, and i could sometimes hear noise from the hallway.
